Directions
Take only ONE of the following dose recommendations, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
As an omega-3 supplement and for heart health:
Adults - Take 1 capsule once a day.
To help maintain healthy blood fats:
Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day.
For mild joint inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis:
Adults - Take 3 capsules once a day.
