葉酸（Folic Acid）800mcg、鐵（Iron）60mg、碘（Iodine）250mcg、維生素 D3（Vitamin D3）500IU（12.5mcg）、維生素 C（Vitamin C）、維生素 E（Vitamin E）、維生素 B1、維生素 B2、維生素 B3（Niacin）、維生素 B5（Pantothenic Acid）、維生素 B6、維生素 B12、生物素（Biotin）、鈣（Calcium）、鎂（Magnesium）、鋅（Zinc）、錳（Manganese）、銅（Copper）。

使用方式

成人每日服用 1 錠，隨餐搭配足量開水服用，或依醫療專業人員指示使用。

建議於計畫懷孕前至少 1 個月開始補充，並持續於整個孕期及哺乳期間使用。

General Information

Elevit Pre-conception & Pregnancy Multivitamin is specially formulated to support the nutritional needs of women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

Each tablet contains 19 essential vitamins and minerals, including a high level of folic acid, iron, iodine and vitamin D. It helps support healthy fetal development, neural tube development and maternal nutritional needs while reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Suitable for women planning pregnancy, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

Folic Acid 800mcg, Iron 60mg, Iodine 250mcg, Vitamin D3 500IU (12.5mcg), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese and Copper.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food and a glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Start at least one month before conception and continue throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.
