Healthy Care 魚油1000mg Omega-3 採用從冷水魚中提取的魚油，是海洋Omega-3脂肪酸EPA（二十碳五烯酸）與DHA（二十二碳六烯酸）的天然來源。EPA與DHA屬於人體必需脂肪酸，無法由人體自行合成，因此需要透過飲食取得。

如果無法每週攝取建議的2至3份魚類，魚油補充品可作為Omega-3的補充來源。

含Omega-3海洋甘油三酯 300mg，其中包括：

使用方式

作為Omega-3補充：

成人：每日3次，每次1粒，隨餐服用，或遵照醫療專業人員指示。

6至12歲兒童：每日1至2粒。可刺破膠囊，將內容物擠入牛奶或果汁中，或遵照醫療專業人員指示。

6歲以下兒童：僅可依照醫療專業人員指示使用。

針對輕度關節炎的支持：

成人：每日3次，每次最多4粒，隨餐服用，或遵照醫療專業人員指示。

General Information

Healthy Care Fish Oil 1000mg Omega-3 uses fish oil extracted from cold-water fish. It is a natural source of marine Omega-3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). These are essential fatty acids that cannot be synthesised in the body and therefore need to be obtained from dietary sources.

The fish oil supplement is beneficial if you cannot take the recommended 2–3 serves of fish a week.

To ensure quality, the fish oil is regularly tested for mercury and only high-quality fish oil is used, without added artificial surfactants. Fish oil provides anti-inflammatory benefits to reduce mild joint swelling associated with mild arthritis.

Each capsule contains:

Natural Fish Oil 1g (1000mg)

Containing Omega-3 marine triglycerides 300mg as:

Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 180mg
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg

No added sugar, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, artificial flavours or sweeteners.

Contains: Fish products, sulfites.

Directions

As an Omega-3 supplement:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Children from 6 to 12 years: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk or juice, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Children under 6 years: Only as directed by your healthcare professional.

For mild arthritis support:

Adults: Take up to 4 capsules 3 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
