成分

每片含有：

葉黃素 5mg
玉米黃質 300微克
d-α-生育酚琥珀酸酯（維生素E）4.5mg
β-胡蘿蔔素 500微克

不添加：酵母、乳製品衍生物或防腐劑。

含有：三氯蔗糖、亞硫酸鹽及麩質。

使用方式

2至12歲兒童：每日隨餐咀嚼1片，請勿整片吞服，或遵照醫療專業人員指示。

儲存於30°C以下乾燥處，避免高溫及陽光直射，並防止受潮。

General Information

Healthy Care Kids Computer Eyes Chewable Tablet has been specially formulated with Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Betacarotene and Vitamin E to provide support for children's eyes from high-energy blue light associated with constant use of computers, iPads, smartphones and other digital devices, and to help maintain eye health.

Helps to:

Maintain eye macula health in children.
Aid eye adaptation to variations in light intensity.
Relieve eye strain in children.
Maintain eye health and visual function in children.

Suitable For: Children 2–12 years old

Size: 60 Chewable Tablets

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

Lutein 5mg
Zeaxanthin 300 micrograms
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate (Vitamin E) 4.5mg
Betacarotene 500 micrograms

No added yeast, milk derivatives or preservatives.

Contains: Sucralose, sulfites and gluten.

Directions

Children 2–12 years old: Chew 1 tablet daily with food. Do not swallow whole, or as professionally prescribed.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Protect from humidity.

Warnings

Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
