葉黃素（Lutein）250 微克、濃縮魚油 Omega-3 三酸甘油酯（Concentrated Fish Omega-3 Triglycerides）425.6mg（相當於 DHA 200mg、EPA 21mg）、β-胡蘿蔔素（Betacarotene）6.5mg、葉酸（Folic Acid）500 微克、鐵（Iron，富馬酸亞鐵）9mg、碘（Iodine，碘酸鉀）225 微克、維生素 B1（Thiamine）1.4mg、維生素 B2（Riboflavine）1.6mg、維生素 B3（Nicotinamide）17mg、維生素 B5（Pantothenic Acid）7mg、維生素 B6（Pyridoxine）2mg、維生素 B12（Cyanocobalamin）2.8 微克、維生素 C（Ascorbic Acid）60mg、維生素 D3（Colecalciferol）600IU（15 微克）、維生素 E（dl-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate）10mg、生物素（Biotin）35 微克、鈣（Calcium）120mg、鋅（Zinc）10mg、硒（Selenium）55 微克。

Directions
