成分

每粒膠囊含有：

濃縮魚類 Omega-3 三酸甘油酯 500mg

相當於二十碳五烯酸（EPA）180mg

相當於二十二碳六烯酸（DHA）120mg

不添加糖、酵母、麩質、澱粉、小麥、玉米、乳製品衍生物、防腐劑、人工色素、人工香料或甜味劑。

使用方式

作為 Omega-3 補充品：

成人：每日隨餐服用 2 粒，或遵照專業人士指示。

2至12歲兒童：每日服用 1 粒（刺破膠囊後擠入牛奶、果汁或穀物中），或遵照專業人士指示。

針對輕度關節發炎：

每次隨餐服用最多 4 粒，每日 3 次，或遵照專業人士指示。

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides 500mg

equiv. to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg

equiv. to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg

No added sugar, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Directions

As an omega-3 supplement:

Adults: Take 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Children 2-12 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.

For mild joint inflammation:

Take up to 4 capsules 3 times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
